Shipping Policies

All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority or UPS with tracking. You have the option to choose your shipping carrier during checkout. 

Order processing may take up to 2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday. This excludes national holidays. 

Orders placed Friday- Sunday will begin processing the following business day. 

You will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days, please send an email to hello@koordinatedkhaos.com

Koordinated Khaos, LLC is not responsible for undeliverable, lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that you have a safe place for your packages to be left and that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your package, please contact USPS or UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates. Once your package is in the possession of USPS or UPS. It is the shipping carriers responsibility to make certain that your package is delivered. International Shipping Policies (Customs, Duties and Taxes)

We currently ship worldwide. Koordinated Khaos LLC is not responsible for any customs, import, duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (customs, duties, tariffs, import, taxes, etc.). Shipping policies regarding damages, shipping times, lost/damaged packages apply to both domestic & international orders.
