Unfortunately we do not accepts returns. All orders undergo a quality check prior to shipping. Once your order has been submitted for processing it cannot be canceled for any reason. Please check your cart total before completing your purchase as we are unable to issue price adjustments. 
*As a friendly reminder BOGO promotions are excluded from the use of discount codes at checkout. If your cart has BOGO items in it and you use a discount code the BOGO promotion will no longer apply. We will not be able to make adjustments once your purchase has been completed.  

Damages
If you have received an item that is damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier and retain all damaged items as well as packaging. You may contact customer service within 24 hours of package receipt via email at 
hello@koordinatedkhaos.com if you need further direction on how to file a claim with your shipping carrier. 
If your item is received damaged as a result of Koordinated Khaos LLC, you must contact us via email at hello@koordinatedkhaos.com within 72 hours of package receipt. Please retain all damaged items and packaging. We will require them to be returned to us prior to issuing a replacement.
